Summary

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
  • College Graduate with 8+ Years of experience
  • Knowledge of staffing best practices and also understanding of technology stacks
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting and market trends and experience working with financial services customers
  • Great interpersonal skills and would need to interact with customers, employees, potential candidates as well as interaction with various teams in Infinite
  • Knowledge of invoicing, MIS and commercial operations
  • Candidates will be based onsite at client locations so will need to spend 75% of time networking with potential client customers



Qualifications


  • Previous account management experience
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Willingness and ability to travel
