Summary

Role: Account Manager – Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify and target enterprise clients in key industries and verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, and key stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution demonstrations to effectively articulate the value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and contract signing.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using sales force or equivalent CRM tools.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and thought leadership to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably in Chemical or Instrumentation. Business management Diploma or degree will be advantage (not must)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise software market landscape, including trends, technologies, and competitive positioning.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within process industry.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior executives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer value and driving business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
