Summary

Responsibilities for LinkedIn Account Manager : ✔ Identify and connect for Web and App Development Projects ✔ Engage with potential clients through personalized LinkedIn outreach and sales navigator ✔ Create and manage content posts, articles, and thought leadership pieces ✔ Track engagement, analyze performance, and optimize strategies ✔ Build relationships via LinkedIn Groups & InMail strategies Coordination through Email : ✔ Develop high-converting email sequences (cold emails, follow-ups, newsletters) ✔ Segment and manage email lists for personalized outreach ✔ A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs for higher response rates ✔ Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize campaigns ✔Automate and schedule emails using email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) Analytics & Optimization: ✔ Monitor key performance metrics: response rates, lead conversions, engagement ✔ Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements ✔ Research industry trends and competitor strategies Required Skills & Experience: ✔ 3+ years of experience in LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator and email marketing ✔ Proven track record in lead generation & client acquisition ✔ Strong copywriting skills for personalised messaging ✔ Experience with email automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) ✔ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & LinkedIn Ads ✔ Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance Target of Achievement : KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): ✔ LinkedIn – Min. 50+ new connections per week ✔Email Campaigns – Min. 30% open rate & 10% response rate ✔Lead Generation – At least 5-10 warm leads per month ✔Engagement Growth – Increase LinkedIn page followers by 15% per month Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Application Question(s): Do you have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
