Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for the daily management and supervision of Field Staff who are working in contract assignments with our client partners. Staffing Managers are responsible for retention of Field Staff, coaching and providing feedback on their performance, ensuring that our employees are happy in their assignments, paid on time, and always meeting our client's needs clinically and interpersonally. Additionally, Account Managers manage client partnerships assigned by the VP. Responsibilities: * Manages all contacts and correspondence with assigned client facilities including but not limited to: * Manages Client partnerships assigned by the VP * Provides outstanding customer service * Requests additional needs from clients * Markets available employees to clients for potential needs * Identifies trends on client usage * Fosters client retention * Manages all correspondence with their assigned Field Employees, including but not limited to: * Provides outstanding customer service and employee relations * Confirms schedules and availability * Maximizes employee availability * Learns and tracks employee preferences and availability in order to match employee with appropriate contracts. * Negotiates pay rates based on facility assignments * Maintains accurate employee information * Notifies management of any changes in employee status * Manages employee performance issues, including facility DNRs and tardiness. Clinical mistakes should be brought to the manager's immediate attention, so appropriate action can be taken * Attains performance evaluations for those assigned employees that work consistently with the same client * Markets available assignments/contracts to employees * Fosters employee retention Key Competencies: * Goal orientated * Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking * Strong organizational skills * Customer service orientated * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent telephone manner * Ability to maintain composure in an ever-changing fast-paced work environment * Ability to identify & solve problems and use initiative & good judgment to reach decisions Skills and Qualifications: * High school diploma required.
