They are seeking a dynamic outside sales Account Executive to cover the Indianapolis market.


Job Description:

  • The Account Executive will be focused on a strategic sales plan to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth, including prospecting and qualifying leads within their territory
  • The Account Executive will target Mid-Market Employers (35-500) and engage in a consultative sales process with decision-makers.
  • The Account Executive is expected to maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.


Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of sales experience within the HCM, Payroll, or HR Tech space, focused on Mid-Market (35-500 employees).
  • Strong understanding of business needs, HR challenges, and experience with a consultative sales process, preferably within Payroll, HCM, or HR Services Solutions.
  • Ability to run the full sale cycle from prospecting through close, including negotiating contract terms to achieve quota.

Location: This is a outside sales position where candidates must be based in the Greater Indianapolis, IN area with the ability to meet with customers and partners throughout the region.


Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Total Comp: $140,000 - $175,000
