As an Account Executive at Darwix AI, you are not just selling software—you are introducing a new category of AI-led revenue transformation to enterprise leaders. From CXOs and Sales Heads to Trainers and RevOps Leaders, you will be the face of Darwix AI’s vision, product, and value.

You’ll be responsible for building and closing a pipeline of mid- to large-ticket SaaS deals across geographies. You’ll partner closely with the founders, product leaders, and client success teams to land new logos, design high-impact pilots, and turn them into annual recurring revenue.

This role is built for those who want to move fast, pitch hard, and own deals end-to-end in one of the most exciting AI startups in Asia.

🎯 What You’ll Own🏹 End-to-End Enterprise Sales
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with mid-size and large enterprises in India, GCC, and Southeast Asia
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery → demo → pilot → proposal → negotiation → contract
  • Develop strong understanding of client’s sales/credit/retail workflows to pitch customized use cases
📊 Pipeline Building & Qualification
  • Maintain a qualified pipeline using HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools
  • Run outbound sequences in collaboration with SDRs and founders
  • Pre-qualify leads across ICPs—BFSI, Retail, Real Estate, EdTech, and SaaS—before engaging founders or product teams
💬 Sales Conversations & Product Demonstrations
  • Lead product walkthroughs and demo calls for CXOs and senior leadership
  • Use storytelling, client case studies, and ROI calculators to highlight business impact
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering/Product to deliver compelling proof-of-concept pitches
🧩 Pilot Structuring & Deal Closing
  • Draft pilot proposals with clear success metrics and timelines
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to execute high-velocity pilots
  • Negotiate commercial terms, handle objections, and work with legal teams to close contracts
🤝 Client Relationship Management
  • Stay engaged post-sale to monitor implementation, adoption, and expansion
  • Share regular updates, track NPS, and spot upsell or cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop long-term relationships with key accounts, becoming their trusted partner in AI transformation

✅ What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales
  • Experience handling deals > ₹5L ACV and/or multi-stakeholder pilots
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills (English and Hindi)
  • Confidence presenting to CXOs and client leadership
  • Hustle mindset—ownership, speed, and goal orientation
  • Solid understanding of software buying cycles and B2B SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, CAC, LTV)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn-based prospecting and CRM hygiene

  • Prior experience selling GenAI, conversation intelligence, sales enablement, or contact center solutions
  • Experience selling to BFSI, retail chains, real estate, or SaaS firms
  • Exposure to international (especially MENA or SEA) markets
  • Strong personal branding or previous outbound success via LinkedIn, cold email, or referral loops
  • Ability to co-create pitch decks and tailor demos based on industry needs
📈 Success Metrics for Your First 12 Months
  • Close ₹1.5Cr+ in new ARR across 6–10 logos
  • Maintain a sales cycle length < 45 days for pilot-to-deal conversions
  • Drive 4–5 enterprise demos per week from self-generated pipeline
  • Hit ≥60% conversion rate from pilot to paid contract
  • Maintain 100% CRM hygiene with accurate forecasting inputs
