Position Summary

Aertssen is seeking an enthusiastic Account Coordinator to join our growing team. The Account Coordinator position serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate communication, order processing, and problem resolution to support client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

Client Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct and lead regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
  • Manage client expectations and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Coordinate client visits.


Administrative and Operational

  • Process and follow up on customer work orders and in/outbound of goods.
  • Log all movements and services in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as repair, paint, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), and shipping, to obtain updates on the status of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock counts.
  • Prepare invoice calculations.
  • Assist in resolving issues or answering questions.


All this is always carried out taking into account our company's quality, environmental, and health policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics management, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, and technical services.
  • Fluent with WMS software programs, Excel, and Word.
