We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Coordinator to join our team. This role requires an exceptional ability to engage clients, deliver outstanding customer service, and possess an unwavering passion for technology, novel systems, and innovative business solutions across diverse environments. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Customer Success, this role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact and drive the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure flawless service delivery and swiftly resolve client inquiries or concerns.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of client projects.
Provide administrative support to internal teams, such as meeting scheduling, presentation and report preparation.
Update and maintain client information inproject management system.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Help to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as HR managers, benefits administrators, decision-makers, brokers, and consultants by providing excellent customer service.
One to three years of experience in sales, customer service, account management or related role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for presenting complex information concisely and clearly.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Selerix (a plus), CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Thrives under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience with project management software (e.g., Wrike) is a plus.
