The Account Coordinator position requires an unwavering level of attention to detail and organization. The primary role is to perform sales order entry, new Member onboarding, supporting Sales with lead management, and assist with Salesforce/database maintenance. This includes entering client orders accurately, reviewing and proofing client orders entered by other team members to verify accuracy, updating client information in our CRM system, and performing database maintenance tasks. Effective coordination and communication with Sales and Account Management is required to ensure accurate data is maintained in the CRM system.
