What You’ll Do

As the Account Coordinator & Jr Recruiter, you’ll support both candidate recruitment and client development across Northern CA. You’ll spend three days per week in-office and two days per week in the field, working directly with builders and prospects.


Recruitment & Candidate Engagement (In-Office)

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for our temporary New Home Sales assignments
  • Use modern recruiting strategies and platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Collaborate with the Scheduling Team to fulfill job orders quickly and accurately
  • Keep candidate records organized and up to date
  • Provide administrative support for recruiting and onboarding processes


Client Development & Outreach (In-Field)

  • Represent JWilliams Staffing at community visits, networking events, and industry functions
  • Generate new business leads and nurture client relationships
  • Identify client needs and escalate issues to ensure stellar service
  • Build your professional network while boosting brand visibility


Reporting & Collaboration

  • Submit weekly field activity reports to leadership
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all candidate and client touchpoints
  • Actively participate in team meetings and strategy discussions
  • Support department goals and contribute to overall business growth


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or the New Home Sales industry
  • Some college coursework in Business or related field preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Professional, organized, and proactive in follow-through
  • Passion for relationship building and delivering excellent service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Must have valid CA Real Estate license
  • Comfortable with frequent driving
