Summary

Job Brief and Responsibilities  


  • Recording day to day transactions and completing the posting process. Verifying transactions are recorded correctly. 
  • Conducting daily banking activities. 
  • Enter data, maintain records, and updating reports.  
  • Preparing and checking application documents. 
  • Check account emails daily and action accordingly if follow up required. 


Requirements and skills 


  • Experience in administrative roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven bookkeeping experience. 
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable / receivable principles. 
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records. 
  • Familiarity with office software and document handling is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English /Experience in Xero accounting software essential. 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office products. 
  • Be willing and able to learn new software. 
  • Fluent in English and Second language, multilingual preferred.  


Personal attributes  

Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance. 

Fresh graduate or 1 - 2 years' working experience, those with audit experience will have added advantage.
