Summary



Responsabilidades

·        Active, engaged, forward thinking.

·        Ensure customer expectations are addressed in a timely manner.

·        Take care of and anticipate your assigned accounts needs.

·        Provide direct customer support for specified key accounts.

·        Obtain sales forecasts and facilitate supply agreements/annual P.O.’s for specified key accounts.

·        Assist Business Development with specified Sales activities.

·        Participate in Customer Meetings and Audits as required.

·        Participate in Trade Shows and Customer Visits as required.

·        Be well versed in the ordering patterns of your assigned accounts including:

o   Part Numbers

o  Volumes

o  Unit Prices

o  List Prices

o  Gross Profit Margins

o  Annual Revenue

o  Global Revenue for corporate accounts

o  Contract Terms

o  Binder Information

·        Notify the Director of Business Development of any abnormalities in buying patterns.

·        Prepare and maintain a binder for each of your assigned accounts according to the provided template.

·        Directly manage technical calls with our customers.

·        Directly manage customer visits of our facilities.

·        Directly manage quarterly business reviews with our top customers under your ownership.

·        Regular, reliable and predictable attendance.

·        To be fully versed in all aspects of the current contract for their assigned accounts.

·        Receive, review and enter into record customer specifications, assuring proper review and approval by production, QA and other appropriate personnel.

·        Assist in the drafting of documentation (MMD’s, SOP’s, etc.) as appropriate.

·        May perform other job related duties as assigned.

·        May be assigned to any Scantibodies location for any period of time.


Requisitos

High School diploma or equivalent required.

College degree or college level courses in biology/chemistry and related subjects preferred

Minimum five (5) years of customer support experience in a related field

Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

Travel as required

Valid driver’s license, current proof of insurance and must maintain clean driving record
