We are seeking a passionate Program Success Manager to lead the integration of Ulipsu’s innovative learning platform into K-10 schools. The role involves traveling to schools, observing classroom practices, training educators, and ensuring smooth academic operations.

Program Implementation:

• Oversee the implementation of Ulipsu in schools.
• Observe classrooms and provide actionable feedback to teachers and administrators.
• Align Ulipsu with schools’ educational goals in collaboration with leaders.

Teacher Training & Support:

• Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and resources for educators.
• Offer ongoing support through one-on-one coaching and classroom demonstrations.

Academic Operations & Coordination:

• Streamline operations to ensure effective program adoption.
• Monitor progress using data and provide insights for improvement.
• Coordinate with Ulipsu’s internal teams to resolve challenges.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with teachers, school leaders, and parents.
• Organize workshops, webinars, and showcase events to highlight student progress.

• Education: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent.
• Experience: 2-4 years in K-10 or international schools, with expertise in EdTech.
• Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and a passion for education.
•  Willingness to travel to schools in Davanagere, Haveri, Shivamogga, Bagalkote, and other regions for support.
