Job Description: Join our team as a Jr. SAP Developer! You'll work with enterprise systems like SAP and PeopleSoft, analyzing, modifying, configuring, testing, and implementing these systems. You'll also support system upgrades and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Test and support ERP system functional areas
Perform business analysis and follow through the development life cycle
Educate team members on ERP workflows and processes
Coordinate and communicate system change requirements
Translate business needs into technical requirements
Work on small projects or phases of larger projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
1 year of related experience preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills
Skills & Knowledge:
Good knowledge of a specialist area through study or experience
Apply principles and practices in a professional field
Follow standardized rules and procedures
Basic problem-solving and analysis skills
Interaction & Impact:
