  • Based on customer needs, Lead monitoring commercial campaigns, promotions to empower Customer Value and in the end increase sales.

  • Implement market study to deeply learn the market intelligence, competitor information and customer needs

开展市场研究,深入了解汽车后市场的市场情报,竞品信息以及客户需求

  • Market positioning for different product categories to define the accurate competitor, market segment and price guideline

对不同产品线进行合理的市场定位,找到准确的目标竞品,细分市场和价格指导

  • Product category analyses and optimize based on the market and customer needs 分析现有的产品线,根据市场和客户需求进行产品线优化
  • Cooperate with PM team, provide new product requirement and develop the new product 配合产品部门,提出新品需求,进行新品开发
  • Make the product go-to-market strategy to improve the product sales 制定产品上市及营销策略,提升产品销量
  • Work closely with Product, KAM and sales team, design selling solution and concept to support the customer development in different OEM and Dealer group. 配合大客户经理及销售部门,设计销售方案以支持不同主机厂和经销商集团的销售增量。
  • Regularly analyses the sales performance of the product category and provide improvement solution 定期分析产品线的销售表现,并提出提升解决方案
  • Manage, monitoring, evaluate Service Provide、Dealer or other business partner, to maximize company value
