Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3rd Line Security Engineer to join our team in Gurugram. This role offers a hybrid work mode, combining remote and on-site work. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) and a combination of various firewall technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage network security solutions using FTD and other firewall technologies.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify and mitigate security threats.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Perform regular security audits and assessments.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure comprehensive protection of network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network security issues.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in network security.
• Proficiency in Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) and various firewall technologies (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Check Point).
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security architecture, and best practices.
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as IDS/IPS, VPN, and SIEM.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, CISSP) are a plus.
