Main Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the strategies of partner development, and continuous optimization and improvement.
2.Responsible for partner's mid-to-long-term rights and benefits , incentive strategies, and continuous optimization and improvement.
3.Responsible for planning and implement of partner structure, for more excellent, more stable partner structure.
4.Responsible for planning the structure and quantity of partners in different cities to ensure business have a stable development. 5.Responsible for planning and improving the partner's rights and incentives policy, system.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with over three years of work experience in partner strategy or D side operations; with experience in exploring projects from 0 to 1 is preferred.
2. Proficient in using SQL, with excellent data acquisition/analysis skills and business insight, able to propose operational strategies based on analysis results and partner characteristics, and is open to challenges, having a background in business analysis, consulting, or statistics is a plus.
3. Good project management skills, self-motivation, communication and coordination abilities, and a certain level of business acumen.
4. Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), willing to work abroad.
