**Job Title: 3PL Inventory Coordinator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a temporary 3PL Inventory Coordinator to support inventory transaction accuracy and reconciliation with our 3PL site. This role involves assisting with manual transactions and ensuring the integrity of inventory data.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with manual transactions between our 3PL partner and Oracle, including adjustments and PO receipts.
+ Investigate and support the resolution of inventory variances.
+ Provide limited support with EDI issue resolution, while not being the owner of this process.
+ Help identify and communicate inventory counts for our floor inventory team, especially when discrepancies are observed between shipped and received 3PL products.
+ Ensure accurate data entry and transaction integrity across systems.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong Excel skills, including basic formulas.
+ Comfort with Outlook.
+ Experience working with ERP/WMS systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High-level understanding of warehouse operations is a plus.
+ Approximately 2-3 years of mid-junior level experience in inventory control and reconciliation.

**Work Environment**
The role is based in a warehouse setting, involving coordination with both the 3PL partner and internal teams. The work will require proficiency with Excel and ERP/WMS systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions. Dress code is casual, suitable for a warehouse environment.

This is a Contract position based out of San Leandro, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
