Job Overview: Rendering, creating models, lighting and walk through with minimum 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations for various projects.
• Render photorealistic images and animations using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the visualization process.
• Implement lighting techniques to enhance the visual impact of the 3D models.
• Create walk-through and fly-through animations to showcase architectural designs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current trends and best practices in 3D visualization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role.
• Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, corona.
• Strong artistic and technical skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent knowledge of lighting techniques and materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
