About the job We are seeking a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer with expertise in Generative Design and AI-Assisted Tools to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and animations for architectural and interior design projects. You will collaborate with designers and architects to translate design concepts into immersive visual experiences, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to optimize and enhance design outcomes while keeping himself/herself updated on the latest technologies. Key Responsibilities: * Create detailed 3D models of architectural structures, interiors, and landscapes based on design sketches, drawings, and CAD models. * Develop photorealistic renderings and visualizations of both exterior and interior environments, with attention to lighting, materials, and textures. * Apply appropriate materials and textures to 3D models and set up lighting to enhance the quality and realism of the visuals. * Leverage AI-driven design tools to enhance visualization processes, automate repetitive tasks, and generate data-driven design options. * Create 3D animations, walkthroughs, and VR experiences to provide clients with immersive views of the projects. * Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure the visualizations accurately reflect the design intent. * Use post-production software to enhance renderings, adding effects, overlays, or any required adjustments to meet client or design specifications. * Ensure that all visualizations meet high-quality standards and are delivered within project timelines. * Incorporate feedback from architects, clients, and team members, revising visuals accordingly. Required Skills & Qualifications: * 3-5 years of experience as a 3D visualizer, ideally within an architectural or design firm. * Proficiency in 3D Software: -3ds Max or Blender (for modelling and rendering) -V-Ray (for photorealistic rendering) -SketchUp (for quick design visualizations) -Enscape (for real-time rendering and animations) -Adobe Photoshop (for enhancing renderings) -Adobe After Effects (for animations or compositing) Must have strong background and knowledge with materials. Experience with AI-powered visualization tools, such as MidJourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, or similar AI-driven design assistants is a plus Familiarity with machine learning algorithms to optimize design outcomes (optional but beneficial). Use AI to automate rendering workflows, enhance material selections, and explore design iterations. High level of attention to detail in materials, textures, and lighting to ensure photorealism.\ Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with architects and designers.
