### **Job Scope:**

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **Architectural Graphics Designer** with a strong foundation in architecture and a passion for high-quality visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience producing compelling 3D renders, architectural illustrations, and graphic content, while also contributing to conceptual design work across various architectural projects.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for presentations, client pitches, and design development.
- Create architectural diagrams, mood boards, infographics, and other visual content to support concept communication.
- Collaborate with design teams to translate architectural ideas into strong visual narratives.
- Support early-stage architectural design, including massing studies, site analysis, and conceptual layouts.
- Produce visual assets for marketing, competitions, and internal publications.
- Maintain and manage a high-quality library of rendering materials, textures, and templates.
- Stay updated on design visualization trends, tools, and techniques.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related design field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural visualization and graphic design.
- Advanced proficiency in rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, or similar).
- Strong skills in graphic tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, or 3ds Max).
- Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail in composition, lighting, and mood.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
