System administration; standardized build and support tasks,
24*7 on-call Support for P1 Level issues for PLM Web services
RITM, INC, Change Task should follow consistent SLAs (>95%)
Minimal downtime of the environment

End user support
Patching twice a month one for non-production and one for production
Major and minor PLM version Upgrade projects
Standard change window for any production systems is Tuesday/Thursday from 6pm to Midnight. On exception basis this window can be changed to other days/weekends
Support for data migration activities. Backup procedures should be in place for all required servers.
Log files should be maintained.
Productivity scripts should in place for monitoring systems
Work in parallel and integrate seamlessly with other vendors.
Participate in team meetings. Support users in English.
Identify productivity improvements for process & tools throughout the duration of the engagement.
Build production and non-production PLM systems from ground up.
Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 per annum
