Position/ Role: Interior 3D Product/ Furniture Designer

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience.

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: HOD

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualization and Design:
• Generate innovative ideas and concepts for interior spaces and products based on della.in website requirements and brand identity.
• Develop detailed design briefs, mood boards, and conceptual sketches to communicate design intent effectively.
• 3D Modelling and Rendering:
• Utilize 3D modelling software (e.g. VRay, 3ds Max, SketchUp) to create accurate and detailed models of interior spaces & product renders, furniture, fixtures, and other elements.
• Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings and visualizations of interior designs, ensuring they accurately represent materials, lighting, and spatial arrangements.
• Material Selection and Specification:
• Research and identify appropriate materials, finishes, and textures for interior elements based on design requirements, functionality.
• Specify materials and finishes in collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring they meet quality standards and design specifications.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate 3D designs into overall project plans.
  
  

Job Expectations

• Communicate design ideas, concepts, and specifications effectively through verbal presentations, written documentation, and visual presentations.
• Iterative Design and Feedback:
• Participate in design reviews and iterations based on feedback from Management and internal teams.
• Iterate on designs to address feedback, optimize functionality, and improve visual impact while adhering to project timelines and constraints.
• Quality Assurance and Documentation:
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards.
• Document design decisions, specifications, and revisions for future reference and collaboration.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Product Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) working as a 3D product designer, interior designer, or related role.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as VRay, 3ds Max, SketchUp, etc.
• Strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and material selection.
• Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to create photorealistic renderings and visualizations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant interior design projects and 3D renderings.
