Job Overview

CTRL M, a leader in the design and manufacturing of Point of Sale Materials (POSM), is looking for a skilled and creative 3D Designer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will focus on creating impactful 3D models for POSM, tailored to client needs in retail spaces. You will bring designs to life by working on texturing, lighting, and technical drawings, ensuring both creativity and functionality. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to deliver designs that capture brand identities and enhance retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling of POSM

Texturing as required by clients

Lightings and Achieving different Looks for different clients

Key Line Design to send to vendors (Technical Drawing)

Design and Lay outing sense for creatives

Develop detailed 3D models for a wide range of POSM, including retail displays, fixtures, and promotional units.

Ensure models meet both creative and functional requirements, taking into account material constraints and client preferences.

Texturing & Lighting:

Apply textures as required by clients to bring designs to life and match brand guidelines.

Achieve different lighting setups and visual looks to cater to various client needs and enhance the overall aesthetic of the design.

Technical Drawings (Key Line Design):

Create accurate Key Line designs (technical drawings) for production, ensuring all technical specifications are met.

Provide precise technical documentation to send to vendors for manufacturing, including material callouts, dimensions, and assembly instructions.

Design & Layouting Sense for Creatives:

Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the design is visually appealing and functional for retail spaces.

Develop design layouts that optimize space, increase customer engagement, and adhere to client brand requirements.
