Candidates will complete a paid trial project—recreating the 3D elements of https://www.david-hckh.com/ to our specifications—and upon successful delivery, transition to a full-time role crafting 3D assets for our diverse client base.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Trial Project: Analyze and replicate the 3D components, animations, and interactive scenes from the provided website according to AJL WebCraft’s brief.
• 3D Asset Creation: Model, texture, and animate 3D objects (using Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, etc.) for web integration.
• Web Integration: Prepare and optimize assets for Three.js or similar frameworks; collaborate with developers to ensure seamless embedding.
• Ongoing Development: Once hired, produce bespoke 3D visuals, product mockups, and interactive scenes for client projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers via Discord and Notion, adhering to project timelines managed in Make.com.

🔹 Required Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Portfolio showcasing web-ready 3D work and interactive web scenes.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or equivalent; familiarity with Three.js or WebGL is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to match design specifications precisely and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Communication: Fluent English with clear written and verbal skills; comfortable coordinating in Discord and documenting progress in Notion.
• Self-Starter: Able to hit deliverables on schedule, manage feedback, and iterate quickly.
