3D Animator & Motion Designer - Web3 Compliance Platform

Role Overview:

We're seeking a creative 3D Animator & Motion Designer to produce engaging visual content for our website, application, and marketing campaigns. You'll design and animate 3D models, create interactive web elements, develop tutorial videos, and produce compelling infographics that communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models and animations optimized for web and mobile applications• Design and animate interactive 3D elements for website integration• Develop engaging tutorial videos explaining platform features and processes• Produce visually compelling infographics for marketing materials and educational content• Create motion graphics for social media campaigns and promotional videos• Design animated explainer videos for product demonstrations• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align visual content with brand guidelines• Optimize 3D assets for performance in web environments (WebGL, Three.js)• Create animation assets for mobile applications• Develop style guides and visual documentation for consistent branding

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience in 3D animation and motion design• Proven portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling, animation, and motion graphics• Experience creating web-optimized 3D content• Strong background in producing tutorial and educational videos• Experience with infographic design and data visualization• Knowledge of animation for digital product interfaces• Experience working with cross-functional teams• Track record of delivering projects on time with high quality standards

Required Technical Skills:

• 3D Software: Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or equivalent• 2D Animation: After Effects, Adobe Animate• Web 3D: Three.js, WebGL, or similar web 3D technologies• Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)• Video Production: Video editing and post-production workflows• Web Formats: Experience with web-optimized file formats (GLTF, FBX, etc.)• Color Theory: Strong understanding of color, composition, and design principles• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience.
