As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in building and optimizing our cloud-based applications, leveraging technologies like React, C#, AWS, MySQL, and PostgreSQL to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Develop & Maintain: Build and optimize modern web applications using React, Redux, and C# with Entity Framework & Marten.
• Architect & Scale: Design efficient database solutions with MySQL & PostgreSQL, optimizing queries for performance.
• Cloud Development: Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, and CloudFormation for cloud-based deployments.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop cutting-edge features and enhance existing applications.
• Optimize & Secure: Implement DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and performance enhancements to ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Lead & Improve: Participate in architectural discussions, contribute to best practices, and drive continuous innovation.
  
  
  

Your First 6 Months:

30 Days:

• Complete onboarding and familiarize yourself with company processes, tools, and architecture.
• Set up your development environment and gain hands-on experience with our AWS cloud services.
• Work on small bug fixes or feature enhancements to get comfortable with our stack.
  
  
  

60 Days:

• Actively contribute to new feature development using React, Redux, and C#.
• Optimize database queries and improve performance in MySQL & PostgreSQL.
• Participate in code reviews, DevOps practices, and deployments using AWS services.
  
  
  

90 Days:

• Own and deliver a mid-sized feature from planning to deployment.
• Implement optimizations in backend processes and microservices architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  
  
  

180 Days & Beyond:

• Take ownership of key components within the architecture and drive system improvements.
• Propose and implement AI-first solutions to enhance our platform.
• Lead discussions on scalability, security, and cloud-native best practices.
  
  
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in React & Redux for front-end development (UI/UX experience is a plus).
• Strong experience in C# with Entity Framework (Marten experience is a plus).
• Expertise in MySQL & PostgreSQL with a deep understanding of query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services for cloud deployments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Agile methodologies (preferred).
