Conduct the FEA simulation to complete the static structural analysis, dynamics analysis, thermo-mechnical analysis, falige life analysis, fracture mechanics analysis and fatigue crack growth analysis and provide reliable simulation results for all AMEC product (APIC, Etch, MOCVD, FPE, CDP and EPI)
Analyze the simulation results based on the solid mechanics and fatigue thoery and provide valualbe optimizztion proposal
Identify the root cause and solve the issue based on simulation results to better support AMEC products design and development Key responsibilities 主要职责：
The candidate will conduct FEA simulation projects, for static strength/stiffness, thermal stress, fatigue life, and crack growth analysis in all AMEC product (APIC, Etch, MOCVD, FPE, CDP and EPI). Dynamics simulation (modal, random vibration, transient structural analysis and etc.) experience is preferred
The candidate should analyze the simulation results, and document with the useful findings that will guide the optimization of product design and problem solving
The candidate should proactively study and research the physical charateristic and mechanical behavior of different materials, such as metal, quartz, ceramic, refractory metal and etc
The candidate must work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team and closely collaborate with CFD Engineer to build a reliable thermo-mechanical coupled model and complete the thermo-mechanical analysis for AMEC's products
The candidate must collaborate with internal customers to understand their issues, analysis their requirements, explain the simulation findings and propose the optimization direction
