Qualification

• BSc in Software Engineering\Computer Science or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on IT infrastructure and matrix management.
• In-depth knowledge of RPAS IT systems and their integration within the broader IT Infrastructure landscape.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mange competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and other relevant software.
