• Involvement in all CRM developments in service product team
• Design and implementation CRM solutions according to users' stories and functional designs for each sprint
• Peer code review to deliverables from other SAP developers
• Analysis & monitoring of critical customer situations in DSM (a .NET application) backend
• Monitor and enable SLA fulfillment on all support levels in DSM
• Trouble shooting, brainstorm, proactive discussion to involve in the process and business improvement
• Being a strong partner for the respective counterparts on the business side in order to implement the business needs
  
  

Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Good spoken and written English
• At least 2 years CRM/ECC ABAP development experiences in Service, Scheduling, Lead to Order or Sales areas
• At least 1 year experience with Microsoft .NET technology including development, troubleshooting and analysis
• Good at SAP CRM WEBUI development, CRM enhancements and BOL programming
• Experience with mobile development and mobile support (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Java for web development)
• Good at database management and SQL query knowledge
• Experience in IT Service solutions (preferably SAP Service)
• Experienced in full life cycle of SAP projects is a plus
• Experienced in Salesforce development is a plus
• Good knowledge at integration (integrating with mobile, web or others) is a plus
• Strong team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude
