A growing food manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on HR Coordinator. This is an independent, dynamic role with a focus on execution - ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making things happen.

What you'll do:

• ✅ Manage the full recruitment cycle – posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
• ✅ Oversee onboarding and employee integration processes.
• ✅ Coordinate employee welfare activities, gifts, and company events.
• ✅ Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters.
• ✅ Maintain employee records and HR systems.
• ✅ Work with payroll on attendance tracking and monthly reports.
• ✅ Coordinate with external partners (placement agencies, service providers, etc.).

What we’re looking for:

• ✔️ 3 + years of experience in an HR role – must.
• ✔️ Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment – a strong advantage.
• ✔️ Strong interpersonal skills and a “people person” approach.
• ✔️ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• ✔️ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• ✔️ Ability to work independently and take initiative.
