シニアマネージャー2名を募集しています。各自、以下の分野を専門とします。

1. トレーディングオペレーション／リスク管理

2. 決済／バックオフィス

義務と責任:

• 最高執行責任者（COO）をサポートし、チームの管理担当者／当該分野の専門家として、（1）トレーディング／リスク、または（2）決済／バックオフィス業務をそれぞれ担当する。
• 業務に関するアドバイスを提供し、効率的なプロダクト決済を確保するためにプロダクト設計に関する助言を行う。
• チームの効率を向上させるために、チームメンバーのタスクを割り当て、監督する。
• チームの役割の境界線にある例外的なシナリオに対応し、プロセスの安定性を確保する。
• 業務ルールを整理し、標準業務手順書（SOP）を策定／最適化する。
• 標準業務手順書（SOP）とテストを通じてチームトレーニングを実施し、業務能力を向上させ、有効性を評価する。
• スムーズなワークフローを確保するために、他のチームに標準業務手順書（SOP）を周知する。
• 中国チームとのコミュニケーションをサポートし、システム関連の問題を調整する。
• データを活用してチームの状況を経営陣に報告する。
• コンプライアンス部門の指導の下、規制を遵守して業務を行うようチームに指示する。
• プロジェクトを承認し、ユーザー受け入れテスト（UAT）の進捗状況をフォローアップして、プロジェクトの締め切りを遵守する。

理想的な候補者:

金融業界での経験と、証券ビジネスプロセスを深く理解したいという強い意欲。

日本語と英語でのコミュニケーション能力。日本語と英語を話す関係者との連携が取れること。中国語でのコミュニケーション能力があれば非常に有利。中国語を話す関係者との連携が取れること。

適切な人材を適切なポジションに配置することで組織力を向上させるチーム管理能力。

プロジェクト管理能力。

Senior Business Operations Manager - Securities Trading

We are hiring two Senior Managers, each specializing in one of the following areas:

1. Trading Operations / Risk Management
2. Settlements / Back Office

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) as the team's managerial figure/subject matter expert for (1) Trading/Risk or (2) Settlements/Back Office, respectively.
• Provide advice on operations and advise on product design to ensure efficient product settlement.
• Allocate and supervise team member tasks to improve team efficiency.
• Handle exceptional scenarios that lie at the boundaries of team roles and ensure process stability.
• Organize operational rules and establish/optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct team training through SOPs and tests to improve operational capabilities and evaluate effectiveness.
• Promote SOPs with other teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Support communication with the China team and coordinate system-related issues.
• Report team status to management using data.
• Under the guidance of the compliance department, instruct the team to conduct operations in compliance with regulations.
• Approve projects and follow up on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure project deadlines are met.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in the financial industry and a strong desire to deeply understand securities business processes.
• Communication skills in Japanese and English, to be able to liaise with Japanese & English speaking stakeholders. Communication skills in Chinese is a huge bonus, to be able to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
