负责按项目进度组织样件试制的策划、执行和样件的管理； Responsible for planning, execution and management of prototype sample according to project schedule; - 选择合适的外部资源，委托并管理供应商进行部分样件的试制，负责供应商完成的样件的验收； Select the appropriate external resources, Commission and manage the supplier to make some samples, and take charge of the acceptance of the samples completed by the supplier. - 负责样件试制区域的日常管理、安全管理和样件试制车间的策划、建设、运行； Responsible for routine management, safety management and planning, construction and operation of prototype workshop. - 负责样件试制区域设备的策划、维护、保养，备件的策划和管理； Responsible for the planning and maintenance of equipment in prototype functional area; Responsible for planning and management of spare parts; - 编制样件试制区域的流程、规范、作业指导； Prepare the process, specification and operation guidance of prototype functional area. - 项目开发和实验过程中各类样件的二次更改和试制； Secondary modification and prototype of various samples in the process of project development and experiment; 任职资格： - 本科及以上学历，机械、车辆相关专业； Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical or vehicle engineering; -

熟悉动力（或电驱动）总成试制、生产工艺及流程，具有扎实的装配工艺和制造工艺基础； Familiar with powertrain (or e-drive system) prototype, serial development method and process； Good skill in assemble and manufacturing process;

• 具有较强的沟通、协调能力；熟练的英语读写能力、口语交流能力 Good skill in communication and coordination; Proficient in English reading and writing, oral communication skills -了解样车装配工艺、流程及方法; Understand the assembly, process and method of the vehicle prototype.
• 能够熟练运用常用办公软件及汽车行业相关CATIA/CAD等制图软件; Be proficient in using office software and design software such as CATIA/CAD.
• 具有良好的沟通、问题解决能力，操作能力，有责任心， 能够独立开展工作。 Good communication, problem-solving ability, operational ability, sense of responsibility, able to work independently.
• 可以接受工作内容的调配； Can accept the assignment of work content;
