A leading Front Office Trading House in Paris is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to spearhead the development of a greenfield trading system. This role offers the chance to collaborate directly with traders, influence technology strategies, and contribute to the architectural design of state-of-the-art trading applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of high-performance trading applications.
• Collaborate closely with traders and front-office teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Implement Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive technical decisions and mentor a team of developers.
• Utilize modern technologies, including C# .NET, React, TypeScript, and Java.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in C# .NET, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Java.
• Experience in Front Office trading environments.
• Strong background in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
• Expertise in DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and Azure Service Bus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, TDD, BDD) and best development practices.
