该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a self-motivated Data Analysis Intern based in Shenzhen. This role will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to develop and refine data standardization processes for service operations. In this position you will: Data Collection & Standardization Ensure consistency in repair data, failure records, and customer feedback for accurate reporting. Maintain spare parts data and support process improvements for regular replenishment across service centers. Data Entry & Management Enter and update test, repair, and service data into internal systems. Maintain accurate records of serial numbers, yield rates, failure trends, and repair histories. Track and support service quote follow-ups to ensure smooth customer transactions. Manage and update Service Part Number (PN) database. Data Analysis & Insights Conduct basic statistical analysis on service performance, failure trends, and RMA (Return Material Authorization) cases. Support revenue and standard margin (SM) data analysis for different accounts. Generate insights to support service improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction efforts. Marketing & Business Support Assist in service-related marketing activities, including data preparation for reports and presentations. Support the creation of customer engagement materials based on service data insights. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service visibility and communication strategies. Minimum Qualifications Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Student must be returning to school following the internship. Familiar with Microsoft Office; database operations Desired Qualifications Technical & Analytical Skills Strong attention to detail in data entry and accuracy. Basic knowledge of data management tools (Excel, or similar is a plus). Process Development & Collaboration Ability to work with cross-functional teams to define and improve data standardization processes. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple service data streams effectively. Communication & Business Acumen Comfortable collaborating with service, sales, and marketing teams. Ability to assist in customer-focused reporting and presentations. Adaptability & Proactiveness Willingness to take initiative in improving service data management. A strong team player with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
