职位描述
1、主要与客户合作，提供良好的广告测评方案，从而帮助客户了解复杂投放中的测试效果；
2、为客户和业务团队提供投放策略，实践，帮助客户在平台达成长久的商业成功，从而为平台提高客户消耗。

职位要求
1、5年及以上在电商，游戏&App应用等领域用户增长，用户运营或者数字媒体，效果广告投放的工作经验；
2、有广告测评工作经验者优先，有出海广告投放经验者优先；有增量，转化率，归因，生命周期价值等度量技术经验者优先；
3、具备定量领域相关本科学历或相关科学，数学，运营，商业，数字营销等研究领域的硕士研究生学历优先；具备使用实验设计和分析方法解决推理问题的经验；
4、具备出色的时间管理和强目标导向；能够高效地工作，具备始终如一的品质，并需要有较强决策力；
5、能够通过清晰的沟通和团队协作最终推动客户与我们达成长期合作关系；有广告公司或处理过复杂市场营销数据的工作经验者优先；
6、喜欢在快节奏的环境中工作并能够与全球化团队一起工作的工作者优先；有数据分析并熟悉SQL、HIVE和R等技术语言者优先；在测评系统里熟悉用户隐私权的创新者优先。
