工作内容：

• 部门物资采购，归档入库并整理
• 安排培训课程，整理培训数据，归档
• 支持消防户籍化数据报告整理、上传、归档
• 支持各业务部门日常运营监管及消防隐患排查数据的归纳、汇总
• 消防安全培训宣传资料的攥写
• 直线经理交办的其他事宜
  
  

我们希望您：

• 本科学历，消防类或安全工程类专业优先
• 熟练的英语口语、书面表达能力
• 熟练掌握基本办公室软件, 包括 PowerPoint, Excel, Word等
• 能够应用简单的视频剪辑工具者优先
• 具有良好的沟通能力、团队合作能力
• 热爱学习，注重细节，较强的沟通能力，做事认真仔细、有效率

Welcome to the Security, Safety, Fire and Health Service Team

As an expert in security, safety, fire and health services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation of the entire resort. You will design safety protocols, formulate strategies and guarantee that guests can enjoy a safe and magical experience. Throughout the implementation process, you will collaborate closely with frontline cast members, upholding industry-leading standards and effectively executing safety plans.

What You’ll Do

• Purchase and management of department’s goods and material
• Arrange training courses, organize and archive training data
• Support sorting, uploading and archiving fire safety related data to fire brigade
• Support the department’s daily operation and summary of fire safety hazards.
• Making promotional materials and fire safety training materials
• Other jobs assigned by the line manager
  
  

What To Bring

• Bachelor or above, prefer ones majors in fire safety or safety engineering
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Good in office software, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc
• Prefer who can shoot and edit videos
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to learn new skills and knowledge, attention to details, good at communication, diligent and efficient in work
• Willing to pass on Disney cultural heritage to cast members
