📌 职位核心 | Key Responsibilities
- 设计、部署及维护企业级数据库架构（MySQL/Redis等），确保高可用性与数据安全；
Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level database systems (MySQL/Redis) with high availability and security.
- 监控数据库性能，优化查询效率，制定容灾与备份策略；
Monitor performance, optimize SQL queries, and implement disaster recovery/backup solutions.
- 处理数据迁移、版本升级、故障排查及紧急响应；
Manage data migration, version upgrades, incident troubleshooting, and emergency response.
- 与开发团队协作，审核数据库设计规范，提供技术指导；
Collaborate with developers to review database schemas and provide technical guidance.
✅ 任职要求 | Requirements
身份要求 | Visa Status
- 美籍华人或持有美国绿卡（需合法在美工作身份）；
U.S. Citizen/Green Card Holder (Valid work authorization in the U.S. required).
- 语言能力 | Language
中文流利，可直接对接中国总部技术团队；
Fluent in Mandarin for seamless communication with China HQ.
- 技术技能 | Technical Skills
· 精通MySQL、Redis等数据库管理，熟悉高并发场景优化；
Expertise in MySQL/Redis administration and performance tuning for high-traffic systems.
· 熟悉Linux系统及Shell脚本，具备AWS/Azure/GCP云数据库运维经验优先；
Proficient in Linux/Shell scripting; cloud database (AWS RDS/Azure SQL) experience is a plus.
· 掌握数据库监控工具（如Prometheus、Zabbix），了解Kubernetes生态；
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus) and Kubernetes.
· 熟悉数据库安全策略与合规要求（如GDPR）；
Knowledge of database security policies and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR).
