A multinational biotechnology company is looking for a Business Analyst - Digital Science. The selected candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, contribute to digitalisation efforts, and collaborate globally.

Responsibilities:

• Advise and support customers, managers, and teams across projects
• Maintain a culture of high customer service accountability
• Drive digitalisation in customer environments through successful delivery
• Collaborate with the organisation to achieve business goals and expand client engagements
• Share knowledge to enhance global services team capabilities
• Provide feedback to enhance product capabilities based on customer needs
• Evaluate 3rd party technologies, products, and solutions in line with portfolio
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, IS, Engineering, or Life Sciences
• 3-5 years of experience in software technical and business analysis (medium and large customers in different roles)
• Experience collecting, synthesizing, and documenting requirements for enterprise software solutions (life and laboratory sciences is ideal)
• Prior experience developing user requirements specifications, requirements traces matrix, user stories, and flow diagrams
• Understanding of related technologies (LIMS, LES, ELN, SDMS)
• Knowledge of SDLC, Quality, and IT processes
