Serve as the key technical resource and are responsible for the development, implementation support and sustainment of key health programs of Shanghai Disney Resort. This role is required provide the day-to-day direction, leadership oversight, feedback and development to the health team in the development, implementation and sustainment of key health programs for their designated business. This role is required to use sound technical judgment to perform and lead others in the identification, assessment, analysis and solving of a broad spectrum of health issues across a diverse group of Shanghai Disney Resort.
What You’ll Do
Identify OH laws; regulations and standards regularly to set up checklist for self-review, to ensure legal or corporate compliance, based on this, set up and update SHDR own procedure as needed.
Lead the optimization of occupational health surveillance process to set up a Closed-loop management system. In the long term to provide occupational contraindication and disease risk/trend analysis and forecasting.
Execution of occupational health and medical programs to ensure total compliance with all Chinese occupational hygiene and occupational medical laws /regulations, and with all SHDR occupational health standards/ requirements.
Provide occupational health service, including running occupational health surveillance programs (such as annual, pre-employment, internal transfer, exit and emergency check-up, health certificate checkup and renew.)
Work with IH engineer to conduct HRA and OH gap analysis. Participate on government required occupational hazards submission and declaration on website.
Work alongside with safety team to participate accident/incident investigations
Responsible for occupational health medical record archiving, and implement medical data protection policy.
Play a good role on occupational health, industry hygiene and medical programs training and raising safety and occupational health awareness on site.
Participate on Work injury application and provide medical support.
Liaise with local health organization or authorities, contractors, vendors, and other related parties to ensure all compliance.
Participate in Health promotion program: Work with relative department to organize health promotion activities, including vaccination program, assist HR department to prepare the wellness newsletter.
Participate in training or coordinate the implementation of AHA related emergency rescue training programs.
Be responsible for planning and implementing other OH continuous improvement in all related topics on site.
Other task assigned as deemed by operation.
What To Bring
Bachelor degree or above (Preferred Clinical Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Public Health, Nursing)
Be familiar with local and international OH standard and regulation
At least 3 years working experience of OH, multinational company experience is preferred
Capability of medical emergency response
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Be familiar with office software
Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of motivation
Full passion, open, teamwork spirit, customer services sense
Able to work under pressure and independently.
AHA instructor certificate is a Plus.
