These Career Coaching Marketplace Terms (“Coaching Marketplace Terms”) supplement the Terms of Use available on our website and constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Talent Worldwide Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Company“, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our career coaching services. All of the provisions of the Terms of Use are hereby incorporated into these Coaching Marketplace Terms by this reference. In the event of a conflict between these Coaching Marketplace Terms and the Terms of Use, the Coaching Marketplace Terms apply.
You agree that by signing up for or accessing the career coaching services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Coaching Marketplace Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE COACHING MARKETPLACE TERMS (INCLUDING ANY PROVISIONS IN THE TERMS OF USE), THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE COACHING MARKETPLACE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Coaching Marketplace Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Coaching Marketplace Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Coaching Marketplace Terms and Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Coaching Marketplace Terms or Terms of Use by your continued use of the coaching services after the date such revised Coaching Marketplace Terms or Terms of Use are posted.
Our career coaching marketplace allows users to connect with coaches and receive career coaching services. Coaches listed on our platform provide their expertise and guidance to users seeking personal or professional development (collectively, the “Coaching Marketplace”).
We may offer to audio or video record your coaching sessions, and will only do so with your prior consent. Should you provide your consent, you will be provided with access to a copy of the recording which can be used solely for your own personal use. Such recordings contain the intellectual property and other proprietary information of our coaches and may not be published, distributed, sold, transferred, or otherwise made available by you to any third parties.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or interacting with coaches.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Coaching Marketplace.
Users are fully responsible for their own interactions with coaches and for any decisions made based on the coaching services received.
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation in our coaching marketplace program. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to your coach or our customer support team at email at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start date. The cancellation request should include your full name, contact information, and the reason for cancellation.
Refund Eligibility: All purchases of our professional coaching services are final, and no refunds will be provided. If you are dissatisfied with the coaching marketplace services, please contact the support team at coaching@career.io to arrange a time to discuss.
Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend the coaching session due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request to reschedule your session for a new time, subject to your coach’s availability. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to your coach at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date. Coaches are required to make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but rescheduling is subject to our discretion and the availability of your coach.
No-Shows: If you fail to attend the coaching session without prior notice or cancellation request, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. We strongly encourage you to inform us in advance if you are unable to attend, as it may allow us to offer your spot to someone on the waiting list.
Package Changes or Cancellation: While we strive to maintain our package offerings and deliver the coaching packages and sessions as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes or cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, coach unavailability, or force majeure events. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we will provide you with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Please note that this cancellation policy is subject to change, and any updates or modifications will be communicated via updates to these Coaching Marketplace Terms. By purchasing a coaching package, you agree to comply with and be bound by this cancellation and no refund policy.

Sessions purchased in our coach marketplace have a defined duration calculated from date of purchase and must be used prior to the stated expiration date(s). This duration is intended to ensure a fair scheduling system for coaches and users. In purchasing coaching services, you agree to use all sessions within this duration and acknowledge that you may forfeit any unused sessions after that duration has elapsed. Forfeited sessions will not be eligible for reschedule or refund.
Expiration dates are determined by the number of sessions purchased as follows:
1 to 3 sessions = expiration 60 days after date of purchase
4 to 5 sessions = expiration 120 days after date of purchase
6+ sessions = expiration 180 days after date of purchase

The guidance provided is informational only and neither we nor our coaches will have any responsibility for your career goals or choices. Results are not guaranteed.
Please note that our coaches are not recruiters, job placement counselors, therapists, or legal professionals. While they can offer valuable guidance and assistance, they are unable to provide any of the foregoing types of advice or assistance.

We strive to provide a reliable and secure platform, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided by coaches.
We are not responsible for any interactions or disputes between users and coaches.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Coaching Marketplace and, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the aggregate liability of us and our Coaching Marketplace coaches to you or any third party shall be limited to amounts received by each of us, respectively, in connection with the coaching services provided directly to you.
Your coaching sessions are non-transferable to another individual without our prior written consent. If you wish to transfer your sessions, please contact our customer support team at coaching@career.io for further assistance.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Coaching Marketplace immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, if you breach these Coaching Marketplace Terms or the Terms of Use.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Delaware, USA with venue in Kent County, Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
