Additionally, the Social Scientist will recommend and develop tools, strategies, and messages for consumers to improve their financial education, conduct field tests and experiments to test the newly-developed tools, and work with other members of the Research Team to compile research into comprehensive reports.The Social Scientist is responsible for: <ul><li>Leading the Research Team's in-depth research of consumer financial decision-making and the behavior, knowledge, and experience that contribute to those decisions </li><li>Developing and recommending new tools, messages, and programs to help consumer financial education practices and evaluating how those newly-developed strategies affect consumer behavior</li><li>Monitoring the implementation of the strategies during field tests, small-scale pilots, large-scale randomized control trials, or other samples</li><li>Documenting the evaluation and field test findings, producing the market-ready strategies, and compiling the information collected into a final report along with other members of the Research Team</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications">The Social Scientist shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position.  Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria.
