WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for full time and part-time Stylists who have lash experience and enjoy working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly, and responsible!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products
Understand and promote products and memberships
Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
 Helps with promotion at supplementary events and performs, when asked, services during those promotional events to help market the salon and build the brand.
Maintain clean and sterile work environment
Must be available Saturdays and Sundays.
 Responsible for proper sanitation of implements according to Lash Lounge protocol and Licensing
REQUIRED SKILLS:

<span class="highlight-requirement">Active <span class="highlight-skill">Cosmetology or Esthetics license</span></span>
<span class="highlight-requirement">1+ years as a Lash Stylist preferred</span>

<p>We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Eyelash Extension Artist with definitive in-salon experience. This person must hold a Cosmetologist / Aesthetician License and will work full time in our Walnut Creek location.</p>

<li>Must at least be 1 year experienced in Lash extensions.</li>
<li>Must be licensed Aestheticism or Cosmetologist – <span class="highlight-nice-to-have">Lash Extension Experience</span> a HUGE PLUS</li>
<li>Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and follow proprietary application process</li>
<li>Must be upbeat, energetic and positive contributor to the salon</li>
<li>Must possess great <span class="highlight-skill">customer service</span> skills and engage well with teammates, guests and management</li>

<p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<ul>
<li>Performs the day to day application of our services to scheduled Lash Lounge clients, at the expected “Gold Standard” level.</li>
<li>Thoroughly conducts expected client consultation prior to service application and inserts proper notes in client charts for future tracking.</li>
<li>Responsible for work area, inventory management for necessary items needed at station, <span class="highlight-skill">organization</span> and cleanliness of overall treatment area.</li>
<li>Responsible for proper sanitation of implements according to Lash Lounge protocol and Licensing</li>
<li>Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of salon including keeping common areas picked up and organized, helping with laundry duties, picking up and taking out trash, and helping wherever asked.</li>
<li>Helps with promotion at supplementary events and performs, when asked, services during those promotional events to help market the salon and build the brand.</li>
<li>All other duties as prescribed.</li>
