Analyze, design & modify proprietary applications/systems, e.g. back office & front office systems to provide asset backed security information to Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) industry; utilize Microsoft SQL Server, PowerDesigner & Oracle Designer to analyze and develop Conceptual Data Models; design and update Web Crawlers for different trustees in order to download loan level data files from trustees websites using Microsoft.Net; evaluate, analyze and map different Trustee Raw Data models (mortgage loan information) in a standardized format into MBS database system; work with MBS group in designing, implementing and continuously improving methodologies and analysis required to upload data into the database system; provide monthly upload of loan level data into databases on multiple clients; assist in database administration, including optimizing and backup of database and other systems; and work with trustees to improve data quality. Qualifications: Masters degree in CS, EE or a related field plus 1 year exp in job or 1 yr as a computer professional involving analyses and design of database applications and data modeling of financial systems.
