Job Description Description SAIC is seeking a Senior System Integration Manager to serve on a team supporting SAIC's Integrative Battle Command Systems (IBCS) Team in Fort Sill, OK. JOB DESCRIPTION: In this role, you will oversee the integration of various systems and technologies, ensuring seamless interoperability and functionality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet the needs of the organization. * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of systems integration engineers and specialists * Develop strategic plans for integration projects and ensure timely execution * Oversee multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget * Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk assessments * Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish deliverables * Design, implement, and optimize integration solutions involving various technologies and platforms * Provide regular updates and reports on project status, challenges, and achievements * Collaborate with other departments to align integration projects with business goals and objectives Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION: * Bachelors and eighteen (18) years or more experience; Four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree REQUIRED SKILLS: * Experience identifying, analyzing, and coordinating stakeholder needs and translating them into technical or operational requirements * Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence, including the ability to communicate with senior government officials on a regular basis * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize, and articulate competing demands to peers and management * Proficiency in integration tools and platforms * Proven experience in managing large-scale integration projects * Familiarity with project management methodologies * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities REQUIRED CLEARANCE: * Active Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship required) SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
