Account Manager 3 | Convergence Networks

Join our Business Success Team and help customers get the most value from our managed IT and cybersecurity services. This role leads customer communications, drives adoption and retention, manages renewals and risk, and partners with internal teams and executive leadership to support key accounts.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in client services, IT, or cybersecurity
• Experience managing complex accounts and multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication, organization, and independent problem-solving skills
• Managed Security Services experience and relevant certifications preferred
