About Position


Persistent Systems is looking for Delivery Leader – Data & Integration. One who can be the Brand Ambassador of Persistent in technical/business forums. The individual will be responsible for managing and developing strong customer relationships. We are also looking for someone who can identify new opportunities and develop them in collaboration with Sales and Delivery. Someone who can act as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to Vertical and Horizontal business and ensure they leverage the solution to achieve full business value. Who can demonstrated ability to lead and drive successful data projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and should be the go-to person for customer for overall delivery engagement.


What would you do;


  • Years of Experience: 15-20 Years Domain Knowledge
  • BFSI knowledge will be a plus.
  • Technical Exposure: Understand the Data Strategy and Data ecosystem and appreciate latest technology trends like AI/ML, GenAI, Best Data warehousing and BI practices.
  • Domain knowledge of BFSI would be a plus. Strong knowledge of Data projects, development and support, knowledge of ETL, BI and Cloud technologies such as IICS, Tableau, AWS, Azure GCP, DevOps Delivery Excellence, Process & Quality: Review the parameters, targets and risk associated with the SLA’s being discussed with the customer.
  • Adhere to delivery assurance and excellence requirements a like PHR, RAID, Metrics etc.
  • Program Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring that all projects within the program are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain program roadmaps, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, business partners, and other stakeholders to define program objectives and ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues within the program and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate with resource managers to allocate appropriate resources across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of project managers and other professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Facilitate regular program reviews, status updates, and executive briefings, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities. Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.

  • Experience of managing & leading a team of 25+ team members. Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Total experience of 18+ years. 8+ years of program management experience, preferably in a complex, multi-project environment.
  • Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is strongly preferred.
