Software Development Engineer .NET, C#, SQL

ONSITE, full-time in Chelmsford, MA

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications utilizing C# and .NET frameworks. The role requires a strong foundation in software engineering principles, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C# and .NET.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Implement and manage databases using SQL, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Engage in continuous integration and deployment processes to enhance development efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software solutions remain competitive.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development with C# and .NET.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially GIT.
• Nice to have skills: Java, Python, Web Development, API Development, Software Testing, Continuous Integration, DevOps, Microservices, Object-oriented Programming, Systems Architecture, Cloud Computing.
  
  

Must be able to exchange information in a team, operate standard office/Industrial Equipment, move up to 25lbs, work in a stationary position.

$85,000-$100,000/year salary depending on experience
