Physical Demands
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances, and/or drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials. Some evening and weekend work might be required. This position is considered an essential position and may be required to work at the normal work location or an alternative location during a major catastrophic event, weather emergency, or other operational emergencies to help maintain continuity of University services.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Experience: Four (4) years of professional experience with the full SDLC responsibilities leveraging mature industry languages with at least 3 years of ServiceNow implementation experience. Solid knowledge of ServiceNow including: ITSM , CSM , HAM , scripting (client/server, workflows, custom applications, reports, Integration Hub, client and server APIs ( SOAP , REST ), Portals (Angular). Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to lead presentations with small to medium sized groups. Able to organize and provide direction to junior staff members. A demonstrated commitment to customer service. Provides leadership and helps bridge the gap between team manager and team members on technical topics. Ability to effectively manage workload and delivery assignments on time. Skilled in the use of office productivity software such as Office 365 or Google Workspaces.
