Job Summary: We're looking for a CRM Specialist with strong English communication skills to manage customer relationships, resolve queries, and gather feedback for our eCommerce channels, including Amazon (India, USA, UK) and Flipkart. This role is ideal for candidates with call center or BPO experience who have a passion for customer service
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly via calls, emails, and chat
Reach out to eCommerce customers to collect reviews and feedback, enhancing our presence on platforms like Amazon (India, USA, UK) and Flipkart
Use CRM software to manage and track customer interactions • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience
Stay updated on best practices in customer relationship management Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre or BPO role
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer focus
Familiarity with CRM tools preferred •
Qualification: Minimum 12th grade or equivalent • Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus
Working Hours: 10AM-6:30PM IST, Monday to Saturday
